LITIGATION
Litigation is not recommended in Yemen but when a settlement cannot be reached we are equipped to provide this service.We are particularly strong in Commercial Civil Litigation before the Commercial Courts including property litigation up to the final appeal before the Supreme/Cassation Court of Yemen. Every member of the firm is part of litigation,throughout their career.
